Hp 650 laptop starts then shuts down repeatedly

Hello,
HP 650
intel celeron dual core cpu
2 gb memory
500 gb HDD.
my laptop starts after a split second shuts down then after 5 seconds repeats the same procedure.
I have removed all components: ram, optical drive, hdd, CMOS battery but still the same, I have tried different AC adapter and battery but still the same.
I will appreciate very much any help！

Hi Denni,

You may need to disable autorestart function in the system tab and that is in the control panel

Go to control panel >> system >> advanced >> startup and recovery.

You will get a log and an entry there which tells you what actually caused the problem.
