Hello,

Ok I'm working with a Toshiba laptop running Windows 8.1 ... when I turn on the power button there a bright blue box and it says Enter Password...if I hold down the zero key and turn on the power button...it goes to beeping and then it stops...but that window will not go away...I do not have a disc...
