Folder hidden from my hard drive

Hello, please help me see my files on my external hard drive. There is a specific folder on the drive that might be hidden. There are several files and folder on the same directory but only one folder is missing. the disk space is still the same. I tried attrib in cmd and USBShow but still cannot find the folder. Please help. Thank you so much.

Are you sure the folder hasn’t been deleted? I strongly recommend you to check the device on another PC. You have already tried the most popular troubleshooting steps. Update your anti virus software and do a complete check. If you suspect a driver issue, open Device Manager and uninstall the external drive, restart the PC and reconnect the device.
