I am locked out of my computer, I guess it's the bios it has the blue password bar on the screen when it first boots then it says system disabled (00933) Service tag CCPX1L1. I've tried fn+f11, and ctl+alt+f11 or f8. Nothing works.

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
