Mouse pad problems

Hello,
my Toshiba laptop model is Satellite p55w the problem is the mouse pad and keyboard pad totally stopped working any keys are not functioning when go and check on device manager on the Microsoft PS/2 mouse says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". so please help me how can I fix this problems?

Your external mouse and keyboard works?

Can you post the screen shot of your device manager by expanding keyboard and mouse options?

Yes The external mouse and keyboards are working but the internal is not working it says as the attached picture shows.
