Virus stopping my internet connectioClosed

Question

Hello,
plz i have a problem , i just formatted my pc coz of this probelm and just one day and it resturns back

when i start my windows XP , it pop up the following message :
MnWins32.exe- no disk " there is no disk in the drive. Pleas insert disk into drive A:" and whenever i click cancel , it keep pop up again . it never disappears
then the connection to the internet stop after 1 minute and i cant log anymore to internet excpet if i startup the pc and it works also for 1 minute then stop.

i open my task manager and went to the message process i found it "csrss.exe"

i opened my resigstry i found nothing under c:/windows/config/csrss.exe

anybody can help plz

anyway i was able to stop the pop up message by disable the floppy driver from the registry

but still having the problem of loosing the connection after minutes from start up , even though the other computer on the network can access the internet fine , i think the problem in my pc

can anyone figure what it is

anyway the internet connection is more than great i can download
but i cant browse :(

i dont know why browsing just work minutes then stop
i am using XP , i tried IE 6 then IE 8
both the same problem
