Oh - you want to know how???
Try the following web site for the download:
https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/earth/download/gep/agree.html
If the normal setup doesnt work try again and choose "Advanced Setup" and use an older version (there may be a glitch in the newest).
If that one still wont work try here (but I havent followed all the links so it might get you to the same place):
https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/earth/
