Rca Tablet won't connect to wifi

Hello,
My daughter has one of those RCA tablets. It has not been able to connect to wifi for a couple days. The IPV4 address says unavailable. Now here is a trick question... How is it my phone & my other daughters tablet can connect no problem but not the one tablet?!
HELP PLEASE!!

ok, so make certain the wifi is on and enabled with the correct password. If it isn't any of those, it is broken.
