Gateway Computer Not Turning On After Moving

So by brother just got an iMac and he gave me his old Gateway computer and I took it from his room to mine. When I set everything up, I clicked the power button and absolutely nothing happend. I opened it up, cleared the dust bunnies, secured all wires, even took out the RAM and put it back but all I have now is the fan in the power supplying is turning on and the one on the motherboard is twitching. Everything else is unresponsive. Help?

Hi Martyn,

Did you ask your brother when was the last time he used Gateway computer and what he did at that time?
