Hello,
I m using sony SVT14116PNS. It was pre-loaded with windows 8 pro and now i upgraded it to windows 10 pro. I want to know how to restore my laptop now with this condition as it contains lots of virus and very slow speed.. Someone plz tell me what to do n how to do..??

On many Sony models, holding alt + F10 at boot will start the factory restore process.
