I'm trying to connect my HDD, but it isn't appearing in the disk management system. I went through the usual problems and none of it really applied. I currently have three other drives that are working, but I wanted to connect to this one to remove the stored data on the drive.
The drive shows up in my BIOS. http://i.imgur.com/iDAdZ1T.jpg?1 (Top drive circled in red, blue is a currently working drive)
But not in the Disk Management. http://i.imgur.com/azcrSF6.png
Other notes: this used to be an external hard drive for a macbook pro.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Kaa15,
Have you been using this drive with an enclosure when connected to the macbook? Could you try doing that again on the PC and check if it will appear. Also try disconnecting all other drives and go to BIOS menu. Is the drive still missing?
I strongly recommend you to change SATA port and search for the drive. Open the Command Prompt and type:
Diskpart
List Disk
Does the drive appear? Let me know if there is any progress!
Hope this helps
