Cant log into my myspace page or my yahoo????

Hello, i am having trouble signing in to my myspace page and my yahoo page! I can surf the web and such but when i go to click on sign in it takes me to this white page that says internet explorer can not diplay this page!! I have tried for 2 days now what could be th problem???????

did you check to see if the pages were blocked?

i totally need help i'm in a public library and they've blocked the myspace page to every computer and now i can';t get on to access my account
