Sir, my WD my passport it was lock by a password, I am typing the correct password , but its saying (invalid password) may be I forget the password, please help me to access my wd external hard drive even its format no problem , i want to format help me , i forget password.

what software did you use to lock the drive?

actually its came with Western Digit external disc (my passport) WD
