Hello,
My laptop had viruses so McAfee tech support removed them & installed protection & reset my laptop to factory & now is doesn't work it only comes on & no icons on the screen just the screen saver,WHAT TO DO??

You probably need to restore the laptop to its factory state. A factory restore depends on the make an model of the laptop.
Be aware that a fact0ory restore will delete all your stored data.
