Videos are getting stuck the audio is fine,but pics jump

I am running windows 7 and my videos are getting stuck the audio is fine,but pics jump back and forth. Any easy fixes?? thank you for your time,,

Ok , it sounds like they are buffering. What is the level of service you subscribe to.? Have you ran a speed test to see if you are getting your bandwidth you are paying for?
