Help with simple 2 step macro?

Hello, I ask help to write a macro that
1. searches for 1 name "(Nghiem, Emily)"
2. and then types "X" in the next cell to the right.
(What I tried keeps typing "X" in the same fixed cell,
instead of making this cell RELATIVE to each occurrence found in succession)
