The get windows 10 icon isnt working

Hello,

so i have downloaded windows 10 before, but due the the vast amount of bugs i had to go back to windows 8.1, however i really do want windows 10. whenever i click on the "get windows 10" icon present on my task bar, it shows "please wait" with a loading symbol and then completely disappears. Please help, i cannot find anything on the internet about this problem
