Laptop going off

Hello,

My last question was removed. I first asked about my computer going off, even thiugh the battery was fully charges. I was told to right click and go to control priorities. I stated that it does not how up when I right click on my screen. I was told to try it it in control panel. My new question is where in control panel do I go.
