Samsung M3 potable won't work for window 10

Hello,

I have a Samsung M3 portable which worked fine under Windows 7 since I upgraded to Windows 10 my Hard drive no longer works. I can see the hard drive in device manager but it doesn't seem to recognise it as storage, and it doesn't appear in file explorer as an option. I have tried uninstalling it restarting my laptop and reinstalling it and that didn't work. Is there anything else I can try?
