Lock-A-Folder Can't Unlock folder after format

Hi,

I've used Lock-a-folder (previous older version which i don't have anymore) to protect some files. But I didn't unlock those files when i formatted my PC, but i unplugged that drive so i still have the files but i can't open them because i they seem to be encrypted still. How can i Decrypt / unlock them?

I tried redownloading Lock-a-file and using the 'Rescue Centre' with no luck and i've downloaded a trial version of Advanced EFS data Recovery which says they are 'Not decryptable'.

If there is any information you require please let me know.
