Location master file in excel

I have location master file in excel.
1) I have another file in A2 column there is a address like 422, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi,
2) i want to bring Ashok vihar in A4 column if it is in my master file
only i have to pick Ashok Vihar
which formula i have to insert
please help with example in excel sheet

You are talking about ADO, or OLE. Those technologies are above the scope of these forums. Although it is possible, it can be rather cumbersome to open a remote (even local to the computer) file if you are not familiar with these type of operations. We are sorry, but projects such as these cannot be addressed.
