My computer freezes when I click on anything that needs loading.

Hello,

So one day I was playing a game, and it suddenly froze, so I shut down the computer and waited a while, but now when ever I start it up, the second I click on anything, the mouse changes to a loading symbol and the screen freezes. I can't do anything but sit and hope for it to actually load, which it never does. Does anyone know a way to fix this.

Well give us some details about your machine. OS? type? Make? how long has it done this? When did it start?

HELP. My computer is doing this right now, except a little different. I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-C5240 15.6 Inch Laptop Running the new Windows 10 anniversary addition (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD). I am not overclocking or any sort of throttling.I have been trying to play multiple games with my friends such as League of Legends and CS:GO. Every time i click on a tab in the game or button, my computer instantly freezes. Nothing happens when i press any buttons. I still hear the fans running. Please help
