Opening videos

Hello,
I am an online student, however, I am having difficulties opening the videos. I normally would use mozilla firefox as my browser as this is a requirement.
What can I do to open the videos?

I would encourage you to go to the support page or your school. Surely they have requirements to take classes, and either you have the requirements, or you don't!
