It appears that ylu have broken your hard drive. It probably needs to be replaced and a fresh copy of Windows installed. I hope you burned the recovery disks like the instruction told you.

Hi Rohani,
Is this an external hard drive? Sadly, these devices are really fragile and may be damaged by any hit. I strongly recommend you to test the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Is the drive visible in Disk Management? Does it have a proper file format and a drive letter? If there are some strange noises coming from the drive, there may be a mechanical issue. Unfortunately, this problem cannot be repaired and you may need to change the drive.
