Did the hard drive have assigned drive letter in disk management? or it is new one?
If you may, can you post the image of your disk management?

Hi Padang,
Could you tell us if the drive has a correct file format and a drive letter in Disk Management? If there is no drive letter, try to assign one by right clicking the drive. Do not try to format the drive. I would recommend you to connect the drive to another PC and with another USB cable. Is the situation the same? Are there any noises coming from the drive?

As u asked,i test with the other laptop.
It did the same action..
It shows up in device manager..
I can see its properties.
But it still happen.

So, the drive is not visible in Disk Management, but can be seen in Device Manager? When you connected the drive for the first time to the other PC, did you see some drive installation going on? When in Device Manager, try to uninstall the drive and restart the PC. Plug the device back in and check if it will be recognized. It is highly possible that the drive has been damaged. If you have important data on it, try to access it by using another OS, like Linux for example, or try using some data recovery tools. Check the link below for some suggestions:
