Number is discontinued cannot access mail from laptop

Hope you find this mail in good health, I am encountering error in my code, and for retrieve backu I had given Dubai mob number which does not exist anymore
since i have settled in India the number is discontinued and cannot access my mail from my me laptop
I would appreciate if someone can assist me or call me on removed by moderator or removed by moderator
