Hello ayush_10footstar,
Probably your pen drive is not recognized because it hasn't been assinged a driver letter yet. Can you tell me, please what kind of steps did you perform to resolve the issue? Have you tried going to the Disk Management to see if the external drive has a drive volume? If not, you have to manually assign a letter.
