Toshiba Laptop problem plz help

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Toshiba. Every time i start it up it loads normal but then it says "A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" I have tried to fix it but have failed, If you know how to fix it plz help me, Thanks

hi try to login in safe mode & then see what error it shows

Hello i cant log on at all, right after i start it up it says the error, about 10 seconds after i turn it on
