Email recovery information has changed

Hello,
I have a yahoo email and was shut out of my account today. They wanted me to enter a code that was sent to either my recovery email or phone. Both of these have changed in the years since I set up my account and I no longer have access to either. Yahoo will not let me sign back in to my email without this code. What can I do to recover my account.
