Facebook detected suspicious account activity

Everybody .how are you ..
Iam very unhappy because the previous night i continious working my fb ...but today whan i log in my id i look this text and i cannot open my fb account..i try to my best but i can not open it.
What i doing now plz tell me...plzzz.
