Problem in laptop

Hello,
i got a new acer e 15 laptop . but m facing a problem in it. when ever i try to copy or paste n click right touch pad key it shows loading and then show (not responding ) every time.plzzz help me solve the problem. m nt able to copy any thing. coz when click the right touchpad button it shows nt responding
