Problem in laptop

Hello,
i got a new acer e 15 laptop . but m facing a problem in it. when ever i try to copy or paste n click right touch pad key it shows loading and then show (not responding ) every time.plzzz help me solve the problem. m nt able to copy any thing. coz when click the right touchpad button it shows nt responding

Take it back if it is new, as it seems it has either HDD or RAM problems! What O/S?
