DNS isnot working

hi there,
i am using neighbour's wifi from last 10 days.Now every time i open browser it appears like DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET.Also i'm not able to access router preference setting by 192.168.1.1.I already used google dns and some other open dns but it wasnot working.I know they (neighbour) set a custome dns for the network.Is there a way to find real dns or accessing router by alternative method because gateway isnot working...it says 'error timeout'.What can i do help me please thanks in advance :).
