No Audio Output Device Is Installed - Windows 7Closed

Hello, 
I installed win 7 and all drivers had been installed successfully except audio
I searched for the up to date driver online and I tried to installed it again but no vain 
My laptop is dell inspiron n5110 with High Definition audio driver 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 52.0.2743.82

Windows 7 is pretty much bullet proof when it comes to installs.  Either it will find the driver (if you are connected to internet), or there isn't one in the library!
