Can't find a device in device manager!

device does't show in 'Device Manager' on 2 pc's but shows on 2 laptops. all have w10 installed.
I tried "show hidden devices' but nothing showed up and I set all USB Hub 's power management to blank (allow usage).
Nothing works so far.

sounds like you have a dead USB drive

dead USB drive. on 2 PC's? PC#1 is a new OPTIPLEX 9020 from Dell , the other PC is from Digital Storm. I have tried all USB port available.

What is a dead USB drive?
