Facebook account hacked Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 
My account was hacked last night and they changed my login and password before I knew it.  I tried to change the password, but it wouldn't let me.  I then tried to open a new account and it wouldn't let me.  I mailed the help, but they said they needed  scanned copy of an ID; however my printer was down and I couldn't do it.  My computer, I hope, is not connected and working.  I don't know what else to do.  
How do I get a new account or my old one back.  HELP
