Hi Mithu,
Does the pendrive appear correctly in Disk Management? Are you able to use it normally? If the pendrive is damaged, there may be a problem when trying to format it. If it is working normally, the write protection may be related to some software or OS error. You have done pretty good job, using CMD. I would suggest you to connect the device to another PC and try again. Furthermore, try using a Linux PC and format the pendrive from there. If it is still not possible, I would suggest you to change the pendrive.
