Monitor StartBoot, Display blank still CPU running

Hello,

Yesterday i updated my Microsoft Explorer bt while Updating i shut downed my PC but the after shut down, Screen was showing Please do not switch off the power update is in progress, so i didnt off the power, and today at morning when i am trying to Start my PC. Display Starts boots start and suddenly display blank. But Still CPU is running fans are spinning. I tried everything from removing ram to Battery still its not working. Help please

did you try starting in safe mode?

press F8 when you see the Windows logo
