Acer laptop "Aspire R3 series" won't start up right

Hello, my aver laptop won't start up right. I turned it on and it acts like it's going to turn on right but then the screen goes black and back to the screen that says "acer explore beyond limits" and repeated dose that

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
