How to stop internet explorer from flashing

Hello,

to stop internet explorer from flashing
step 1 Right-click on the menu bar where internet explorer is flashing at the bottom of your desktop

Step 2 select Task Manager select the internet explorer and click End Task

thank you for sharing. Or, you can just right click on the flashing notification and select close.
