Beeps when I try to turn it one and won't turn on

Hello,
My computer beeps when I try to turn it on. It doesn't turn on at all though. Is my computer just dead? Or is there a problem I can fix. I shut it down then started it up and it beeps like six times and the monitor won't turn on.

6 Beeps often Video Bios Test Failure, which is a Video card failure. Do you have a separate video card that can be removed and replaced?
