Hello! I have a hp laptop probook6550b.It had been never done a problem.It was working very well a few days before .But now when i on it its lights r on but a blackscreen come and nothing happens next.Plz help me my important files r in my laptop.Is it a ram problem??

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
