Hello,
when i turn on my system after some time I used ,it was struct and was not responding then I turned it off directly by power button. Later when I turn on my PC's power button ,it displayed with resuming windows and then it not asking my password and all ,simply showing blank display with cursor.

I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.
