Acer laptop wont start

My acer laptop wont start. When i plugged in the red light just blink. My laptop also fell to the ground but nothing is broken all pieces are together. The charger is working but the laptop isnt. Or i think its the charger.. What should i do? Please im desperate.. I cut off the charger wire ry to replace it with a new wire but i dk wats wrong with it..

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
