It is obvious that you don't know what your doing when you do BIOS updates. A failed BIOS update will make the computer useless until you can replace the BIOS chip with a correctly programmed unit.
I suggest you never do a BIOS update again. Unless you have identified a specific major problem a BIOS update is rarely of any benefit.
