NUM KEY 9 is pressed automatically

Hello, i m using windows 10 ,64bit and when ever i press number on the keyboard i get that number with 9. for example 1929394956798909. this thing is annoying plz plz help me. how can i solve it . And also whenever my laptop starts AT PASSWORD SCREEN Automatically number key 9 starts getting pressed.

you have a broken keyboard that needs replacing.

Thanks for reply but i dont think the keyboard is broken.its a software problem.Since when i start my laptop it gets stuck at lenovo logo. And then i have to press capslock to start it.And tgen after getting started at lockscreen automatically in password bar {99999999999999999999999999999999}<this thing happens
