Can you share what troubleshooting steps have performed to resolve the issue? Is the laptop completely silent or you can still hear the hard drive and the fan spinning?
It is important that you give me more information about your issue, because of the too little information that you have provided in your first post, I cannot define where the problem is.
Please, share more information about what happened prior to the given error.
