Yahoo no access to the alternate email or phone

Hello,
I am using my yahoo account for long. Now i have an issue that i am using new computer and when i try to log in in yahoo i get a message for confirmation. But unfortunately i have no access to the alternate email or phone. so can you please help me to come out of this issue.

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
