Aspire v5 431 powers off when unplug

Hello,



i have a laptop of acer aspire v5 431... it can be run using charge but but as soon as i unplug it ..it's power off ...please make a solution of this problem./.

yes battery has been checked ... but there is no problem in battery it is totally in right condition as it was...
so plz tell me if there is any other reason and its solution...

I suggest you consult your local repair shop and have the motherboard power supply checked.
