Acer aspire r11 won't boost past the acer screen

Hello,
My computer won't boost past the acer screen fades to black and brings it up again I'm so lost pls help

I think it would be best if you take your machine to a technician!

Does it boot in safe mode, as you have failed to tell us what OS?
