Hello, I have window 10 and it ask to restart computer I did now it's stuck and I cannot get into it whatsoever it has all come stuff on there wait for the date but I can't get on anything nothing

Check CPU Fan it's working or not or making sounds than normal or over then sent it to workshop for repair.
